We're hosting a 50-mile cycling event around Martha's Vineyard on October 4, 2009 to benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

100% of rider raised dollars are donate to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through the Pan-Mass Challenge.




About the Ride


Arrive in Oak Bluffs on Saturday afternoon October 3 and join us for a kick off get together at 7:00PM at Season's Eatery on Circuit Avenue. Saturday evening, take advantage of our discounted rates at the Surfside Hotel located right next to the ride's starting line. Sunday morning, check in at the registration table between 8:00 and 8:45 before departing for the well-marked route at 9:00AM. Pedal 28 miles to the first water stop and cross the finish line by 1:00. Bike parking will be arranged so you can join us at 1:30 for an after party at Sharky's Cantina. Rest assured, we'll have you ready to go for the 3:45 ferry back to Woods Hole.

Navigating the Route

Start and finish at Ocean Park in Oak Bluffs. The route will be well marked with lawn signs at intersections or in some areas, spray painted arrows. The first and only rest stop is located near the bathrooms at Aquinnah Circle.



Register


For all riders, registration requires a minimum pledge of $100. Pan-Mass Challenge riders can provide their PMC rider number to have their pledge credited to their existing PMC fundraising account. If you're traveling to Martha's Vineyard specifically for the event, be sure to contact us in advance.
